Student/Young Adult

Eligibility: Ages 18-30 or full-time students
Dues: $60 annually

Membership Requirements

Becoming a Lion is straightforward. Here's what we're looking for in potential members.

Basic Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have good moral character
• Reside or work in our community area
• Be willing to serve others

Time Commitment

• Attend monthly meetings (2nd & 4th Tuesday)
• Participate in 2-3 service projects per year
• Volunteer 10-20 hours annually
• Support club fundraising efforts

Sponsorship

• Two Lions must sponsor your application
• We'll help you find sponsors if needed
• Sponsors provide orientation and mentoring
• No prior service experience required

What's the time commitment?

Most members spend 3-5 hours per month on Lions activities, including meetings and service projects. Involvement level is flexible based on your availability.

Are there age restrictions?

Members must be at least 18 years old. We have no upper age limit and welcome members of all ages and backgrounds.

What if I travel frequently?

Lions Clubs exist worldwide! You can visit other clubs when traveling and even transfer membership if you relocate.

Do I need specific skills?

No special skills required! We need people with diverse backgrounds and talents. We'll train you for any specific service activities.
