The Wales-Genesee Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International, the world's largest service club organization with over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries and geographic areas.

Established in 1952, our club has been proudly serving the Wales-Genesee community for over 70 years with dedication and unwavering commitment. We are a group of volunteers united by a shared desire to make a positive impact through service, fundraising, and community support initiatives.

What We Do

Our club engages in a variety of service activities focused on addressing community needs and supporting Lions' global causes.

Vision Care

We provide vision screenings, eyeglasses, and support for those with visual impairments, continuing Lions' long tradition of sight conservation.

Hunger Relief

We support local food banks, organize food drives, and host community meals to combat hunger in our area.

Environment

We participate in community clean-ups, tree planting, and other environmental conservation efforts.

Youth Programs

We support local schools, offer scholarships, and provide opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills.

Health & Wellness

We promote health awareness, provide health screenings, and support local healthcare initiatives.

Disaster Relief

We provide assistance during times of natural disasters and emergencies in our community and beyond.

New Member Orientation

We provide comprehensive orientation for all new members to help you get involved and understand the many opportunities for service in our club.
