Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% due at booking
Balance: Due 30 days before event
Security: $200 refundable deposit
Methods: Check, cash, or credit card
Cancellation Policy
60+ days: Full refund minus $50 fee
30-59 days: 75% refund
Less than 30 days: 50% refund
Same week: No refund

Alcohol Policy
• Bar service available through our licensed bartender
• No outside alcohol permitted
• Responsible service practices enforced
• Valid ID required for all guests
Setup & Cleanup
• Access 2 hours before event start
• Must be cleaned within 2 hours after
• Trash removal included
• Decorations must be removed
General Rules
• No smoking inside the facility
• No pets (service animals welcome)
• Music must end by 11:00 PM
• Damage repair charged separately
