The Bar is open to the public Tuesday – Friday.
Bar hours are 4pm to 9pm.

Hall Information:
The hall is available for rent for weddings, birthdays, anniversary parties, company meetings, holiday parties, etc…

How do I rent the hall?
To schedule an appointment to tour or rent the hall, please call Jackie at 262.893.3311.

Rental Rates: All starting rates are for 4 hours.
For groups of 50 guests or less:

• • • $200 for the hall
    • $25 for each additional hour
    • $14/hr for one bartender (if you want the bar open)

For groups of 50 to 100 guests:

• • • $300 for the hall
    • $50 for each additional hour
    • $14/hr per bartender (2 required if you want the bar open)

For groups over 100 guests:

• • • $400 for the hall
    • $75 for each additional hour
    • $14/hr per bartender (2 required if you want the bar open)

Hall Set-Up:
Please discuss your ideal hall arrangement with our hall manager when you book. We have a crew that will set up and tear down the furniture as per your request. We offer both long, banquet-style tables and large rounds.  Both styles of tables seat 6-8 people, but you can fit more tables/guests in the hall with the banquet-style tables.

Food: 
The Lions Club does not cook or serve food for your event. However, you are more than welcome to bring in a catering service of your choice or to use our kitchen to prepare your own food. If you use our kitchen, you are expected to clean up your dishes and the counters after your event.

Decorations: 
You are more than welcome to put up decorations for your event, but we do ask that you take them with you when you leave. If you would like to decorate a day ahead of time, please talk to our hall manager to see possible time frames and to check for conflicting events. Please realize, we do not provide tablecloths. You will need to bring your own if this is something you desire.
